Buying a home is one of the biggest investments that people make in their lifetimes. Our home inspectors help you make the right decision by doing a thorough inspection inside and outside the home. We work with buyers or sellers who want a professional opinion on a home's condition and an assessment of any deficiencies that exist. A written report is provided on site. The inspection is a visual check of accessible areas and includes:

  • Structural condition, foundation and basement.
  • Electrical, plumbing, heating and cooling.
  • Condition and age of major systems.
  • Kitchen, bathrooms, and all appliances.
  • Interior - ceilings, walls, floors, windows, insulation and ventilation.
  • Exterior - roof, gutters, drainage, siding, and grading.

New Home Inspections
When building a new home, our inspectors can help ensure that your home is completed according to professional standards. Usually this is done in two phases. A Pre-Drywall Inspection examines completed framing, foundation, plumbing, electrical rough-ins, and heating and cooling systems. The Pre-Settlement Walk-Through is a thorough examination of the completed house. More than two inspections can be performed during construction if desired by the buyer.
